Buff

When you think Indiana limestone, this is the color you think of. Light tans and off white colors that can range into medium browns and beige.

Gray

This colorway has a lot of varieties ranging from a light silver, to a dark charcoal gray; and everything in between.

Variegated

This is a blend of the gray and buff colorways of Indiana limestone. This style is great if you want a lot of variety between the stones to create a dynamic style.

Limestone Grades

Indiana limestone comes in three grades: Standard, the workhorse grade with fewer natural shell fossil inclusions for a cleaner look; Rustic, showing more visible fossil character; and Variegated, blending the widest range of color and fossil variation for a dynamic, one-of-a-kind look. The flagship style of Indiana limestone. Smooth, elegant, and simple. Showing minimal texture, and very uniform.

ROCKFACE FINISH

Natural finish, looks as if it’s still attached to the rock it came from. excellent for exterior applications and building facades.

SPLIT FACE FINISH

This hydraulically split finish provides the perfect texture for facade applications.

TUMBLED FINISH

Perfect for every application from high-end residential exteriors, to the backyard hardscape.

TOOLED FINISH

This machine-applied style allows for a variety in finishes implementing uniform designs.

ABRASIVE FINISH

An ILF staple. The machine applied finish is perfect for any flat work application.

SCRABBLED FINISH

Another ILF invention. This finish provides depth and variety not seen on other finishes.

PICKED FINISH

Hand applied texture seen throughout history. This “vintage” style has been a cornerstone of limestone work for centuries.

BUSH HAMMER FINISH
